1. Raw Materials
Medium-alkali special glass fiber bonded with specially processed modified resin.
2. Standard Sample Preparation Method
Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. Adiabatic Material Thermal Conductivity Reference Plate is made from medium-alkali glass, processed into 5–7 µm fibers via centrifugal nozzle technology, treated with specially modified phenolic resin, and then pressurized, cured, molded, cut, and ground on the production line. The reference plates are strictly screened according to density and thickness to meet technical requirements. The thermal conductivity equation with temperature was determined through mathematical statistics after calibration by six laboratories using six different instruments, measuring multiple working points within the temperature range of -10 to 50°C.

3. Standard Sample Testing Method
Testing is conducted in accordance with GB 10294-2008, "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulation Materials—Guarded Hot Plate Method."
4. Application
This standard reference plate is used to calibrate guarded hot plate devices and heat flow meter devices for measuring the thermal conductivity of insulating materials. It can also be used in the direct comparison method to determine the thermal conductivity of similar insulating materials.
